Change should not always be viewed as negative. Change has to happen in order to make room for something new, bigger and better! Don't shun this change, embrace it as an opportunity to grow spiritually, mentally and physically into something all new and better. If stress didn't come in some form, most of us would NEVER change for better or worse. It's all how you view and what you make of it. I know I'm electing to make some lemonade out of my lemons!!
