She is losing control of herself. Lots of different medications for sleeping, antidepressants, joint pain, hypothyroidism, and many I'm sure I don't know about for years. She has 4 kids that are 13,13, 15, and 15. They have become too much for her to handle. Our relationship has been bad for a few years. We can't seem to agree on anything or just be normal together. She seems irrational and unreasonable. She loses her temper very quickly and makes definitive statements like "leave me alone" all the time now, but seems to change her mood after a while every time. I can't trust anything she says. And I can't really say anything to her because she takes whatever it is a critical and mean. I believe she definitely needs therapy but she's mentioned "ending the pain", and "God wouldn't let me have this much pain" in the last two days or so. What do I do?
