I found your website very interesting. I work with in a denomination helping to lead 57 churches. Our church ministers and church leaders work hard on spiritual development but many ignore their physical and mental health. I think it is impossible to separate the three. You have provided some good advice. Thanks. I look forward to reading more of your articles.

My health will be the most essential thing, and I dunno about you guys, but I have spent thousands on my health. This can be due to the fact I believe if you're healthy, then you can have any employment and woman/man you desire because you believe confident. A single from the main points I did for my health was find out to grow taller naturally. I went towards the link in my name and it is taught me some great methods to grow taller naturally without having any high-priced treatments or supplements, examine it out if you want :)

Dear Zoey,

I hear your words very clearly and agree that living with anxiety and/or depression is a very tough way to live. The good news is; however, that there is indeed treatment to help ease the symptoms and people can indeed live very full and happy lives despite depressive symptoms.

Please know that you are never "nothing"! Don't allow the depression to win (if you are talking about yourself) and put words like that into your mouth. You are indeed someone! Someone very important and special, but in order for anything to change in the life of someone dealing with the horrid emotional disorder called "depression", they have to somehow, someway learn to believe they deserve happiness.

If you ever want to talk one on one (if you are not already seeing a therapist), please write in to me at DOCintheBiz. I'm here to help you see another side to life if you want to try.

Please be kind and gentle to yourself.
All my best,
Dr. KC

Dear Robert,

I'm sorry it took me so long to respond to your comment here. Sometimes, comments get lost, but I'll usually end up finding them.

Thank you so much for your positive and insightful words. Panic disorder, although it may seem like the end of the world when you have it, is indeed a treatable medical condition as you have said. People with panic disorder can go on to live very rich and full lives, doing all the things they want to do.

It is my personal belief that with true panic disorder (including a chemical imbalance), medication paired with CBT is the best route for treatment. Some do not agree with medication, but when the chemical imbalance is truly there, medication is needed. I don't usually recommend medication alone without therapy.

Again, I appreciate you writing in and wish you all the best,
Dr. KC

Dear Kristen,

Similar to how I answered Natural Acne Treatment above, I agree that foods rich in certain nutrients definitely help to "ease up anxiety and depression" symptoms", but again, may not be enough when a true chemical imbalances are present.

Always eating right, and staying away from things like caffeine and alcohol have been suggested for those who suffer with anxiety and/or depression as well.

Thank you for your comment.
All my best,
Dr. KC

Dear Natural Acne Treatment,

I always encourage a natural route when dealing with anxiety or depression by eating foods rich in nutrients which have definitely proven to affect mood. Sometimes; however, experts understand that with true chemical imbalances that cause disorders, food might help, but not be enough.

For general feelings of anxiety or sadness, I agree that eating the right foods can definitely have an affect on mood.

Thank you for commenting!
All my best,
