What is On-Line Therapy, Psychotherapy, or Counseling? Online therapy, also called E-therapy, is a revolutionary idea embarking on a whole new frontier of helping people with anything from simple personalized questions/answers, to on-going therapeutic services for mental health issues! E-therapy enables people of all walks of life to be able to communicate with licensed, professional doctors and counselors, including psychologists, psychotherapists, mental health counselors, family therapists, and social workers to get the help they may otherwise not receive if not offered online, in a private, confidential, and convenient way! This may be the only way a person can get help! This is what makes us even more excited about being able to bring this service to you!
E-therapy directly addresses a major problem uncovered by the Surgeon General’s Report on Mental Health (1999) which stated that while one American in five has a diagnosable psychological problem, nearly two-thirds of them never seek treatment. What is On-Line Therapy, Psychotherapy, or Counseling? Perhaps you have some answers now. Why not try it?

18|May|2010 2Dear Caden,
This is a wonderful question that you are asking; however, as every person is unique and individual and as there are many distinctive programs and ways to reach sobriety, this also means there isn’t any one single answer to the question. Commonalities will be found amongst those in recovery, but it’s important to know that the process can be very different for everyone. Talking about your specific circumstances one on one is the best way to see what may work best for you. I would be happy to help you if you desire. Just click here. Thank you so much for writing.
All my best,
Dr. KC
